Description
Can be connected to any filler (outside diameter of output 30mm).
Produces up to 7,500 meatballs per hour (depending on filler speed and type of mixture). Changing the shaper varies the weight (20, 25 or 30 grammes).
Produces up to 10,000 croquettes per hour (changing the shaper and the output tube varies the weight) up to 50 grammes; with weights of less than 30 grammes, the output can be double.
